The beginning

Born in the bustling city of Johannesburg into an inspiring family of producers, artists and chefs’, Dale’s love for photography and the creative world only grew.  He decided to move from Johannesburg to the friendly city of Port Elizabeth to complete a degree in architecture.

Having developed a creative and innovative eye his urge to shoot only grew, compelling him to plunge straight into photography full time and complete his course with the International Photography Institute.

Inspiration

Travel remains a motivator and huge part of his persona due to multiple opportunies he has had to see different people, wildlife, architecture and cultures of the world. Trips to the Kruger National Park and many other reserves around South Africa as a child sparked his passion for wildlife from a young age.

Shooting

His aim has always been to focus on creating images that are photographically authentic and moving, always ensuring the viewer experiences that moment as if they were there.

Naturally he expresses his passion for life in every photo. His love for natural light, architecture, wildlife, beautiful landscapes, different people and cultures provide the necessary inspiration for his work.

His love of new experiences being the driving force of his life.
